General information
The pages on this site explain auto glass work, North Carolina statutes and rules, and how insurance claims usually work. They are general information, not legal or insurance advice. Statutes, rules and insurance terms described here are summaries of published sources as read in October 2026, and they can change. Your own policy and your insurer decide what is covered.
Quotes and the work
A quote is based on the vehicle and the damage you describe, with the part checked by VIN. The technician confirms at the vehicle what the job needs, and whether calibration is needed after a windshield. Work is carried out by Impex Auto Glass on the terms Impex gives you for that job. Mobile appointments can be moved when the weather or the location does not allow the work to be done properly.
Reviews and figures
Reviews quoted on this site are Google reviews of Impex Auto Glass, quoted as written. The rating figure, where shown, is for Impex Auto Glass’s Greensboro listing as read in October 2026, and it changes over time. Times given for a job are Impex’s own estimates; the technician gives the time for your vehicle.
Photographs
Photographs on this site are stock pictures of roads, vehicles and glass. They do not show Impex Auto Glass staff, customers or their vehicles unless a caption says so.

Links to statutes, agencies and other websites are given so you can read the source. Impex Auto Glass does not control those sites. Impex’s main website is impexautoglass.com.
